Graduate/Trainee Financial Adviser

This person will work closely with our senior advisers to provide financial planning. The role involves shadowing the experienced advisers and participating in client meetings. Following meetings, you will explore planning opportunities for clients and discuss options for implementation. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity for starting a rewarding career in financial advising. Alongside the practical experience, there is a 12-month comprehensive structured training that results in you achieving the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) with related sales and communication training.

Graduate/Trainee Paraplanner

In this role, you will support the financial advisors by preparing and maintaining client files, conducting research, and drafting reports. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to start their career in financial planning and gain valuable experience in the industry. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to further their professional studies with full support from the Create FS team through their structured training programme.
